Founded in 2008 by Shannon Routzahn, Words
for Images is a premier keywording service for image professionals.
Shannon brings over 8 years of experience within the stock photography industry. During her career she has specialized in various areas such as sales, photo editing |
| and photographer recruitment,
and keywording and metadata. While working for SuperStock in
Jacksonville, Florida, Shannon was Sr. Photo Editor in the creative
department and also worked closely with PowerStock UK in London.
After falling in love with the big city life of London, Shannon
made the move permanently across the pond to work full time
with Construction Photography as Library Manager in 2006. Now,
spending her time between Florida and doing volunteer work in
the Amazon and Africa, Shannon offers her freelance services
to various agencies such as Golden Pixels, ImageZoo, Denkou
Images and many Alamy and Microstock contributing artists. She
is also working closely with
Art Life
Media's wonderful stock photography company, Art Life Images
developing their
iTravelstock
RM collection. Shannon’s creative eye for photography is crucial for quality keywording because conceptual metadata development is key to image saleability. |
